Living In A Picture

by Maria Angeli

Truth always see's light,
I don't uderstand why you might,
Rather live dark sectet corners
Must be ugly, cold in there.
If time is a healer, how come you still bleed?
Drowning in your river of pain,
Don't think I'll sail again, with you.
Here I'll stay, protecting my heart.
I was living in a picture of you
All the things you never said,
Caught in an illusion of you
Was constantly mislead.
Of beauty I think to forget you,
Many colours you might never see.
As a red moon lights the sky,
A white sun melts before me.
Finally I see!
All reality around me,
Was just a dream.
