HOPE

BATON ROUGE, USA

Deny not the one who sees
For not a smile but a hope 
Waits. I love the seas for 
What they offer of. For one day in 
Reality than none in a distant.
Holdfast in times of want
Trust that what makes 
Beauty. Love helpless moments
It defines the solidness
When Hope fails Hope more. 
Deepness lies when searching 
Ends. Cease not then and 
walk in sunflowers.

Loved your last line but I have to admit the rest of the poem feels rather like words jumbled up. What story were you trying to tell?
