Communication

by Valentine Smithson

How do they do it?
Who can tell?
The words on paper
rise and swell.

It once was journals,
plays and novels,
down on paper
live and vital.

And now the letters
flash and blink
and still we wonder
what to think.

It's all too quick,
there is no time
to sit and ponder,
play and rhyme.

Good, but a bit too simple for me
