Poetry is Dead Is It? (Dead poets Society irony)

by Robert Jennings

Poetry is dead is it?

Oh we may yet see

The power of the possesive, or should that be punctuation apostrophe

Oh  how i long for the expressive writers of old,

With their smooth, emotionally caressing phrases which were almost always bold

In meaning if only written in a trice.

The verses were either sad, happy or very nice.
